My dream or was it?

Well i was about 6 maybe 7 years old and i remember waking up and going downstairs to watch t.v. it was early probably like 7:30am but anyway, I turned the t.v. on and a weird looking (i don't know) came on to the screen that had the shape of human but it was like it had no skin it was all red and when it seen me and the expression on my face it told me not to turn the t.v. off. it started to come closer to the screen so i pushed the on/off repeatedly and it didn't shut off so i started to back up and then it started to come out of the t.v. i ran to my room which was upstairs and hid under my sheets then i woke up again.

but it was so real!!!! and it didn't seem very friendly i have a friend that i have known that has also had a simular dream at about the same time
has anyone else had this dream?????
