How to build 'leg' bulk?

I'd like to know what are the best exercises to build bulk on the following muscles:

1) calves
2) hamstrings
3) thighs
4) quadriceps
5) buttocks

For the most part I only do leg curls, thigh extensions, and a little jump rope.

Discuss reps, sets, weight, all details encouraged.

Step-ups and lunges.
Step-ups are stepping up and down, on a chair, for example.
Lunges- step forward or backwards and drop.

With or without weights.

They both work all the leg muscles you describe, just go slow at first.

Buy a bike, not only works your legs and lungs but saves you gas money! Also, if you have a hill near you, fun to go down. Or get a bike machine for indoors.

squats
sprints
hamstring curls

there that basiclally sums it all up.. do like 3x10 with each with like 10 sec breaks in between. do it for like 12 weeks eat right, get enough rest and you will see major leg improvment.

but for sprints just to like 10 intervals with 10-20 sec rest but dont stop keep walking.

I love this site as it has animations for all diffferent types of exercises and shows proper form and the muscle groups worked.

It didn't work in Firefox, maybe because of my popup blocker? But IE works fine.

Edit: I think squats are the best exercise there is.
