I love the romanticized version of Arabia; historically. But I can't find much about it. What then; is ancient Arabia like? Were there Bedu or their equivalents? What were their poems? What was their world like? I think it'd be interesting to investigate this with others.

Interesting question, actually, and now that you mention it, I've always loved to read the Arabian fantasies.

There are several problems with examining the cultures and so forth of the area -- the main one being that they're nomadic and therefore don't leave quite the footprint as a settled town does. Here's a very brief summary of the history of Arabia from the Paleolithic onwards"
