Establish a series of seismometers on Europa and a large "hammer" device to create minute "Europaquakes" which could be detected by the instruments there.

Then studying the p-wave s-wave deflection we can determine how much (if any) liquid is there on that planet.

How do you suppose we get a "Hammer Thumper" of that size to Europa in the first place? We haven't even been able to get as much as a small ROV to the surface of Mars.

it would just be easier to send several probes to land on the Moon with seismometers, and jsut wait for things to crash into it.

But a lot can be learned from just taking external measurments and detecting a wobble, magnetic field, and even density to learn about the interior. If you are going to bring a hammer, you might as well instead direct several asteroids into collision courses with Europa instead

Lets just hope the natives (if any) don't mind

We can do various things, depending on how sensitive our seismometers can be made. One option would merely be to crash a spaceship onto the moon; we've done this to create "moon quakes" before that were detected by the seismometers we left up there.
