Well just one tire but still thats gotta be at least a ton right?
And no its not a new beetle... a classic 68 bug.

And if you saw him you wouldn't think he was strong or anything... just a normal build. He's had training.. of what kind im not really sure.

Theres a clear difference between lifting and raising an object, if one were to lift it then it would have to be completely off the ground (all of it) anything else would be raising it, so if he lifted a quarter of it off the ground you're talking around 200 kilo's which is around 350lbs, i haven't worked it out so feel free to correct me, the guy would be strong but not inhumanly strong.

Kudos to him though, many cant lift that much anyway.

Well still 350 pounds is a heck of a lot of weight.

Its around 160-165kgs. At my peak I benched very close to that...I regularly see guys benching waaaay more. So while it may be a decent amount of strength needed, it certainly wouldn't be abnormal or superhuman or anything.

What would that be in regular poundage? not kilo or anything?

Actually today he did something even more remarkable.. he moved an entire weight bench with 45 pound plates on either side with just his foot.

What is so special about that? How heavy was the weight bench?

The weight bench alone must weigh 180 plus the other weight on it.

Ask your friend how he is so strong if they do not work out.
