Make a cloudbuster or chembuster

What grade level area are you participating in Alien?
If it is intermediate (6-8) I reccomend a project involving electro-magnetism, these always win.
However, if the fair is at high school level, make sure you involve either chemical or biological elements in your "experiment"

One great example (if you want to take the time and win), would be whether or not electomagenetic waves at various frequncies effect the behavior of...say gerbils (or any other "lab rat").
Sort of a scaled down version of HAARP.
Who knows?
You might learn something...

Good luck,

you could possibly do yours on the affect of violent video games on children....measure the heart rate before and after the gaming...and post the results on the poster board. And you can even have a demonstration, which will be fun for any kid!!

Thanks Tassadar and energy_wave. i forgot to mention that i can't use any animal
. anyway, im not sure how i prove that the chembuster would actually work, seeing as how chemtrails dont appear where i live too much.

You could try to do a small quantum mechanics project and use the double slit experiment as a a model for you project

I've always wanted to do that one myself. I must get round to it, it's fascinating.
