anyone familure with the L-seat. I would like to know its progression for i am still unable to do them..lol.

how long do u think it will take to develope the L-seat... i think i am fairly close..maybe a month or two away from it.

At the risk of being absolutely unhelpful, I will say that it depends on how much of the neccessary strength you have built up.

The good news is that it is a strength move and doesn't require much skill to perform. As long as you keep working towards it consistently, you will get there.
