i just read this article and it keeps getting worse and worse

a women has had a broken arm for what appears to be a few weeks
its been 5 months since the disaster and it still seems like a third world country
It seems that the Govt is just letting things take its course and hoping that the survivors will eventually just leave and go somewhere to get better help

such as distant relatives
