Podcasting help

When i made my first podcast it was 2min long and was 2mb big but ive notice other peoples podcasts that are nearly half an hour long and only 3 1/2 mb i used audicity for my podcast and was really big for such a short time and was wonder ing what programms to others use thx in advance

In the options/preferences section be sure to lower the bitrate to 64Kb, or so. This will have a significant effect on the size of your .mp3 files
