A breast cancer patient has lost her landmark legal challenge to be allowed the drug Herceptin on the NHS.

The story

This drug could save lives, and they wont give it out, because of the money.
I understand that the NHS has a low budget or whatever they may call it, but from what i can work out, they spend more money on buying artwork for the hospitals! Yes they have not broken the law, but i mean come on, is the price of life that low?

What is everyone else's opinion on this?
