I found these audio files which have apparently been run
through a VSA program called Fortress Personal Lie Detector.
These are all clips of W and others speaking about issues
relevant to 9/11 and subsequent events.
When the file beeps, a high level of voice stress is present
indicating a lie. You can test this for yourself if you wish but
I have not as to do so is illegal.
However these files have
no copyright so to own them and listen to them is not. Enjoy.

Also listen to the Martin Luther King "I have a dream speech"
as a control. It hardly ever beeps when he is talking.

Unfortunately I haven't had the time to check it out.

Looking at both sides of the issue, does a high level of voice stress mean that he's lying or can it also be that he is overwhelmed by the events that took place?

Well, you would think MLK was ovehwelmed by the speech he was
giving seeing that he had a great deal of interest in ending
segregation. But I just don't know what the truth is, or
if that program is even reliable. I just thought it was interesting.
