How come I cannot find the first 9/11 "Bin Laden" tape?

I have been looking for the original "Bin Laden" tape, the one from 2001 that was aired all over the globe right after the "9/11 attacks". I cannot imagine someone having copyright on this movie am I right? So it shouldn't be so hard. Can someone please help me?
