It appears that NIST is soliciting outside contractors to model the collapse of WTC 7.

wtc.nist.gov...


I don't know the reason for this, perhaps it has to do internal budgeting and resources.

It's not really a secret anymore that wealthy corporations dominate the US government's actions, Howard. These "outside contractors" are not going to be as "outside" as you'd like us to think. There are hundreds of organizations that could and would do exactly what they're told here.

More than likley it would be a forensic engineering firm that specializes in this sort of thing.
