Seems like Sikorsky Cypher or Cypher II. Ducted fan unmanned sensor craft. Maybe tested for army or anti-smuggler purposes.

Known fake, been debuffed here a few times, at least once. Dont have time to dig it up right now. All CGI craft imposed on real video.
