To me the war on drugs comes to mind, for every bad guy drug dealer they catch, 10 are not caught.
So, statistically speaking, they caught all 10 of them? And none left over to cause any harm?

Now I find something a strange here. The fourth instance cited claims to have thwarted Urban Attacks in the UK to have been carried out in 2004 using Explosives.

Correct me if I am wrong, but didn't a group, supposedly/initially linked to AQ, carry out an Urban Attack in the UK using Explosives- - - in 2005?! (July 07,2005 for those of us with short term memory loss)

So if our glorious President and his fine and courageous "intel boys" are so "on top" of those "evil terroists" that they could thwart something in 2004, why couldn't they have "thwarted" the same type of attack, on the same target!! , with apparently the same methodolgy!, Just One Year Later?

Maybe the "intel boys" were just too busy reviewing all the porn sites we naughty citizens were accessing?

Or maybe the White House claims are a bunch of hypped up hokum designed to shock, awe and most importantly Divert the public's attention away from the "cancer" that is growing on our Nation.
