Do you have a Cell Phone, You could be tracked

I checked my phone before I turned my computer on and found out that it did have gps on it. I checked the setting and found out that it is turned on for all to track, not just 911 calls.

Funny how this subject came up at the same time that I found out that my phone can be tracked.
