No they wouldn't. They take kids away from their families when there is a history of real abuse and danger, not because of something like that.

I'm not a big Britney fan, but I have to defend her a little here. Is she stupid? Certainly. Is she a bad mom? Maybe. But speaking as a parent I can say that if I had a cadre of photographers following me around and taking pictures of everything I did, then I'm sure there are times I'd look guilty as sin. Every parent has good days and bad days. Every parent makes mistakes and learns from them. Cut her some slack, she's got enough problems being married to that loser.
