Question about a past news article

I was recently talking with a friend about the police force in Stoney Creek Ontairio and how it was the biggest force per capital in all of Canada or somthing along those lines. I recall an article about this in this new world order section or mabey it was on Infowars can't remember. I easily could have dreamt the news article and it does not exsist. So mabey if somone remembers reading the article or can direct me too it that would be greatly appreciated.
