Me again, One more story I have to share. You all heard of that posessed doll right who's now in a museum (I think his names rupert or something). Well I have a pretty freaky doll in my house. I hate it, ever since I was a kid I used to see it there on my mums bed & used to shiver with fear just lookin at it. One of its eyes is missing & one is half closed & it's one of those whose eye lids move & I swear to god it's winked at me MORE THAN ONCE. I ran out of the house once to my mums shop to tell her & all of the customers laughed which upset me a bit & thats why I hate it. Its not even a boy doll its a girl. It wears a pink dress & is about 30 years old. Its cheap, I dont know why she even keeps it, it has no value. It sounds bad to be afraid of a girl but a doll for christ sake. :lol

Well, actually, some kind of dolls (especially ceramic and old ones, similar in period and resemblance to the one you've described) have always upset me too... and when i was younger, also mannequins gave me unpleasant feelings.

Well, you were a kid when you saw that doll winking at you, so maybe it could have been your imagination... or an unwilling telekinesis manifestation.

Considering the hypotesis the doll is haunted, except your odd feeling when looking at it and the winking thing, has anything else happened, directly to the doll or around it?

No nothings happened to the doll. All I can think of is my mum had it for her 12th bday & her dad died when she was 18. (she saw a grim reaper type figure pass through her room the day before he died & looked at her to say it is time) but that has absolutley nothing to do with it, just an interesting thought but the doll was with her all that time....

Some dolls also scare the crap out of me, especially clown dolls. Recently, me and a few of my friends were walking past a few demolished houses, the only thing that was left were a few piles of bricks. There were fences around it to prevent people from trespassing the site and there was this clown doll with an eerie look on it's face hanging on one of the fences, the thing scared the hell out of us. One of my friends decided to grap it and toss it away. It's actually rather funny to think about it. I do wonder who put it there in the first place

Interesting counts my friends.(nods at sparhawk)

I am about to do a larger study case envolving dolls and their connection with us people and spectre's.

The major thing about dolls is that they are usually loved in some sort of way by someone.Usually except in some cases the actual person who owns the doll in question usually doesn't recieve any kind of activity.

In many cases that I have studied it would seem that the doll will do anything to keep others away from their fetter(person attached to the doll)

Ghosts need energy to stay here with us(not all).Sometimes the energy source changes or leaves leaving the spirit needing to find other ways to find this energy.

One strange slant on things. Is that in some cases like the sounds of this one.Through emotion and intent people can create an entity within these things themselves.
Keep in mind that ghost of people are not even close to beind the only things lurking around us neighbour!

All for now
Scarecrow.

With the winking thing..

My sister has these "Baby born" dolls and one time at night I just kept staring at its eyes to see if it would wink, and it did. So what I think is that you were staring really hard at its eyes and so your mind made it look like it winked.
