Okay i want to know what happens when police take stuff as evendence. Do they though it away? or do they keep it? Because i ran away last oct 04 and when the police came and got me i left some stuff behind so what happened to that stuff cuss i really want it but the police guys here said that it was most likely thrown away...so whats up with that true, false?
Because that was like 300 dallor worth of stuff and id like it back...live in NC ran away to TN so knoxville has it i think

Haha, you're pretty bad ass. Most likely, the stuff is filed away and will take a ton of paper work to exhume from the depths of evidence storage (procedures vary state to state). Most likely the police officer who told you this did so to avoid filing a ton of paper work to give you your stuff back.

However if a trial is scheduled that may or does involve your evidence you will not see it back until the conclusion of the trial.

yea court was in Oct 05...bad ass? well if you say so ill give you some advice don't sleep with a minor unless your with in 5 years age difference

It depends on what the stuff was. Was it legal? Are you of legal age to own it? Is it harmful? Does it have to do with you running away?

ive asked the detectives who brought me back...i don't understand why they want give me back my pot seeds...lol j.k. if its illegal to own anime then i am like the god father. although some of those were unrated and they had boobies but im a chick so they shouldn't care...hehe but i do like boobies

He was probably a little angry with you. Anyways, as long as the court case is over you should be able to get your stuff back.
