Well it looks like New orleans just cant get a break. Maybe the mayor of that place was right when he said that god really didnt like them. But I feel
pretty bad for them. It seem like everytime they try to get things goin again something like this happens. Plus its only another 5 months untill
huricane season starts up again and the leves arnt even completed again.
