An update for those interested:
It seems like an issue with Norton Internet Security 2006. I tweaked some of the settings, and can now access the upload center. Now if I could get
some of those files deleted, I could upload a file.
Another fyi, I also had problems accessing my voicemail via the web until I tweaked it. Worked fine before I upgraded it.
