Japan is sending troops to Iraq. I'm not sure: wasn't Japan bound to use their military only in internal/defensive purposes? I think this was stated in the japanese constitution after the WW2...
Now japanese soldiers are sent to Iraq (to occupate, am I right?). Is this a violation of the constitution or were there any changes I wasn't informed of or I was to young to notice?

Well, seeing as how they are doing it in the name of the UN, and in the name of peace, and in the name of freedom, etc...
No one should mind.
Flitz is right, Japanese soldiers need to start training in real combat areas...

Hear Hear, things could get nasty in their part of the world soon. I think that the Korean peninsula's future has a lot to do with Japan and its will.
