I just did a job interview at the Dugway Proving Grounds today for a chemical analyst position. They don't make any chemical weapons, but they test them on gas masks and bio-suits to see how effective they are (the gas masks and bio-suits). They work with mustard gas and VX, and the first few months that you work there are pretty much just training to qualify handling the hazardous stuff.
