Nice set of documentaries.
I just played around with it a little and found a way to download offline copies of the files.

Open the links and then change the .htm extension to .rm and add the directory /rpm/ after disc

As an example, the Napoleon Bonaparte documentary is at:
english.henannu.edu.cn...
english.henannu.edu.cn...
If you go to the first link and then make the changes you see in the second link and hit enter it will give you the option to download.

Here's the Alexander the Great link:
First go here:
english.henannu.edu.cn...
Then enter this url:
english.henannu.edu.cn...
