America's Last Defense

Hello. After reading your forum, I feel your members are well knowledged in many areas of what our government is doing, so hopefully one of you will have knowledge on a government organization I have been looking to find out about. It is called "America's Last Defense" From what I understand, as it's name implies, it is the last line of defense in all domestic problems that occur. That is all I have heard about it. Any more information would be wonderful. And thanks i advance.
