"....If the “Homeland” thing were an isolated incident, it would be easy to chalk up to a combination of thoughtlessness and coincidence, the unfortunate gaffe of some ahistorical subordinate under pressure to come up with a name, any name. It has, unfortunately, proven NOT to be an isolated incident. For instance, when the Americorps volunteer program was refitted to include citizen-on-citizen surveillance and a touch of vigilantism, the Powers That Be decided to change its name to “Freedom Corps,” once again echoing Germany’s dark past, this time, the pre-Nazi citizen militia known as the Freikorps. And as for the Freedom Corps logo, it is included on this page, so you may judge for yourselves."

"...... Our next exhibit in this gallery of grotesques is the logo used during this summer's sham Presidential Economic Forum, which once again included a barely-disguised double lightning bolt insignia similar to that worn by the dreaded Nazi Waffen SS."

"...The trend continued with the Post Office’s release of a 57 cent stamp featuring a stylized, “Nordic blue” art deco eagle, stiff and upright in a stance more reminiscent of the Roman Praetorian Guard – and Nazi rallies – than the more traditional, naturalistic, rampant eagle we’ve become accustomed to seeing on American heraldry."

From the speech at KSU. The above, all at Dirt Files, peaked my interest on the topic, and I wanted to see what others may have seen/discovered under the subliminal surface.

Is this stuff real?!

The lightning bolt logo is enough. The swastika layout of the little stage is a stretch, but that logo...

2 more pics to think about...

kinda funny how one side of the conspiracy angle says that israel is too involved in american politics, while the other says it is the nazis

feels like deja vu.

sat pics of denver airport about halfway down the page
nazi denver airport

and a very distinct star of david used as a bomb/missle target at Fort Hood bombing range.
can't beleive no one has outed this one yet...

US military bombing Star of David

I don't know what to think, except obviously there is a person or group of people in the administration that are actually trying to cause these associations to be made...
maybe internal sabotage, or a cabal within the administration, an important advisor perhaps...

Or perhaps the NWO are really antartic Nazis controlling the world from a base on the moon, subtley pulling the worlds leaders strings and controlling everything from the cheese palace...

The airport is also a bit of a stretch for my tastes, but the Star of David as a bomb target is a bit odd. I think maybe satellite imaging wasnt quite conventional for us civies when they did that. I doubt "they" ever thought we would be privy to such photos.

Anyone have any more?

I can't seem to find any official website with the SS logo or the stamp on them. The SS logo seems pretty hard to believe since SS doesn't stand for "Presidential Economic Forum" or anything, why would they use that as a logo? However, this Nazi/Bush is very possible, in my opinion, considering the ties between Nazi Germany and Prescott Bush (en.wikipedia.org...).

Edit: We have already had a Reichstag fire event in our own country (9/11):

The Reichstag fire, a pivotal event in the establishment of Nazi Germany, began at 9:14 PM on the night of February 27, 1933, when a Berlin fire station received an alarm that the Reichstag building, assembly location of the German Parliament, was ablaze. The fire seemed to have been started in several places, and by the time the police and firemen arrived a huge explosion had set the main Chamber of Deputies in flames. Looking for clues, the police quickly found Marinus van der Lubbe, naked, cowering behind the building. Van der Lubbe was a Dutch insurrectionary council communist and unemployed bricklayer who had recently arrived in Germany.

Adolf Hitler and Hermann Göring arrived soon after, and, when they were shown van der Lubbe, Göring immediately declared the fire was set by the Communists and had the party leaders arrested. Hitler took advantage of the situation to declare a state of emergency and encouraged aging president Paul von Hindenburg to sign the Reichstag Fire Decree, abolishing most of the human rights provisions of the 1919 Weimar Republic constitution.
en.wikipedia.org...

Replace "Communists" with "Terrorists" then replace "Reichstag Fire Decree" with "Patriot Act." The events are much too similar in my opinion.

I think there´s to much symbolism speculation. I think Dan Brown need to be banned.

Altough, that eaglestamp breaths a lot of militaristic fascism.

Such a great example of a fascist statement. Let's just censor everything people deem "threatening."

Sorry DaftDebunk, i'm a little touchy.

I still for the life of me cannot find the "SS" logo for the President's Economic Forum, i've been looking at a lot of photos taken at the event. You would think that if it were the logo for the event that it would be all over the photos (www.baylor.edu...).

No need to apologize

I think that aleged "ss-logo" on the economic forum..is in fact horisontal but the example picture is tilted vertical. Thats why you cant see it.
But anyhow its farestreched, no substance in the nazifetisch claims.

But, I still claim..that eagle stamp got some fascist vibes.

The "Star of David" design is VERY similar to how Russians lay, or used to lay out their SAM sites.

I know most of you probably already know this, but America has a long history with the nazi's.
During WWII there was an American Nazi Party, can't remember who headed it, I remember it from some old Frank Capa videos I have.
Also, immediately following the war there was Project Paperclip.

Paperclip snatched many high profile Nazi scientists away from vengefull war crimes trials, gave tme false backgroounds and setteled them in the United States. Remember, since the last big one (WWII) the superpowers aren't those with the bravest troops, but rather those with the most brilliant scientists.

An interesting sidenote one very high profile Nazi whisked away by the OSS during Paperclip was Werner Von Braun, my grandfather was one of his assistants at NASA in the fifties and sixties, doing contract work for General Electric.
My grandfather befriended Von Braun and to this day calls it horsecrap when someone calls him a war criminal.

Also, during the war, Ford, Amercan Steel and even IBM still transacted business with Nazi corporations. In Jim Marrs wonderfull book "Rule by secrecy" he relates the story of American Steel which provided shipments of metals to Nazi Germany which they then turned into artillery and tank shells which were used against our own soldiers!!! American made products killing American boys!!! How disgusting is that?

It's likely that many of our own in government became enamored with the Nazi Party ideals, especially considering the mood fo the COld War, and some of those feelings may still be around. Don't really know, just a thought.

If you turn Google Earth to true 'north,'the swastika aligns at what looks to be almost perfectly to the German swastika, as in the picture below.

Using Google Earth you can locate the strange building at:
32 40'34.09" N, 117 09'27.96 W

From here, just because it is an update.

Also, from the same site

National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice swore in to the 911 commission under a fascist symbol displayed on the United States Senate Seal. The symbol which appears as a 'X' at the bottom of the seal is two rod bundled axes. The word fascist comes from the word fasces which means, "a bundle of rods and among them an ax with projecting blade borne before ancient Roman magistrates as a badge of authority.

Source.

Also, here are fascist symbols in Congress:

And the same on a Nazi postal stamp:

Those fascist symbols in the senate are pretty crazy
I will have to watch cspan or somethinga nd see if they show them when someone is speaking

that 57 cent stamp really makes me wonder too. Who designed it and approved it? Do you know if they are currently available?

If someone can find the first picture with the SS looking flag stripes on the actual site of the govt or usa freedom corps please post the link so we can verify.

Also could some easily explain to me what the big differences are between nazism, fascisim, socialism and communisim

About swastika.

Usually when looking at nazi- symbology, on comes accros the Swastika. Do you know it's origins? Swastika generally is centuries old Symbol of Luck

Finnish air forces as well Finnish tank troops used Swastika 1918-1944. Why since 1918? Because in that time (During Finnish Civil War) Swedish Count Von Rosen donated to Finnish legal government (White troops) a plane where Von Rosen have painted a symbol of his family, Blue Swastika. After The Civil War Finland´s newborn Army used that blue swastika as symbol of Finnish Air Forces. Also Tank troops adopted that new symbol. Tank troops Swastika´s color is black.

How Finnish Swastika then differ from Nazi Swastika? Finnish Swastika is blue and it rest fully on its one "spike", see picture below left.
Nazi Swastika is black and usually in 45 degrees angle as you can see from picture below.

And the German distorted version:

Yes we had alittle thing called Freedom of speach which in Pre WW2 days allowed people to spout Nazi crap all the wanted. We had a large German population in the US and yet the American Nazi movement never took off or really accomplished anything worth while.

As for the pictures

Pic 1 - Bush waving to sombody wow

Pic 2 - Really the only one of interest IMHO worth looking at

Pic 3 - A eagle a symbol of America long before there was a Nazi party

Pic 4 - A square stage That a Nazi symbol fits into WOW Thats pretty weak I can super impose a swastika one any square shape.

As for the pictures posted by Implosion the so called "fascist" symbols. It remains in widespread international use

Thats Roman Fasces has been used as symbol for thousands of years by many different countries. Its still on cover of French passports used by the The Spanish paramilitary police, Its part of the Knights of Columbus emblem. At the Lincoln Memorial, Lincoln's seat of state bears the fasces on the fronts of its arms. Both the Norwegian and the Swedish police use double fasces in their logos. It use to be one the Dutch currency, the guilder.

Its used as a symbol of power and authority all over the world

[edit on 26-1-2006 by warpboost]

Nazism:

Adherents of Nazism held that the Aryan race were superior to other races, and they promoted Germanic racial supremacy and a strong, centrally governed state.
en.wikipedia.org...

Fascism:

Fascism is typified by totalitarian attempts to impose state control over all aspects of life: political, social, cultural, and economic. The fascist state regulates and controls (as opposed to nationalizing) the means of production. Fascism exalts the nation, state, or race as superior to the individuals, institutions, or groups composing it. Fascism uses explicit populist rhetoric; calls for a heroic mass effort to restore past greatness; and demands loyalty to a single leader, often to the point of a cult of personality.
en.wikipedia.org...

Socialism:

Socialism is an ideology with the core belief that society should exist within an environment where not-for-profit popular collectives control the means of power, and therefore the means of production.

In Marxist theory, it also refers to the society that would succeed or supplant capitalism, and would later develop further into communism, as the necessity for the socialist structure would wither away. Marxism and communism are both branches of socialism.
en.wikipedia.org...

Communism:

Communism refers to a conjectured future classless, stateless social organization based upon common ownership of the means of production, and to a variety of political movements which claim the establishment of such a social organization as their ultimate goal. Early forms of human social organization have been described as "primitive communism." However, communism as a political goal generally denotes a conjectured future form of social organization which has never been implemented.

Meanings change over time. Just because it was previously a symbol of luck doesn't mean it still is. Now it is a symbol for fascism and the evils that mankind can sink to when they think they are superior to others. Would you walk around in public with this symbol of luck on your person? I highly doubt it, unless you are protected by a mob of Neo-Nazis.

Wikipedia has a great page on the swastika. It also has a great page on facism, where the "so called" facist symbol that I have posted can be seen to the right of the page. For those of you having difficulties in finding it:

Here's another great page on fascist symbolism, where it is clearly stated:

The symbol of fascism, in its original Italian incarnation under Benito Mussolini, and which gave fascism its name, was the fasces. This is an ancient Roman symbol of power carried by lictors in front of magistrates: a bundle of sticks, which included an axe indicating the power over life and death.
