I know that the whole moon-landings hoax thing has been done on ATS, but I have Bart Sibrel on the show soon, who made the documentary "A Funny thing
Happened on the way to the Moon".
He sent me a copy of the DVD and having watched it last night, I am now even more convinced that this trip never took place.
www.moonmovie.com...
I would be interested in what you all think prior to my interview with him for the show.

I've seen a few shows on the "faked" landing(s).
I'm still on the fence, tho. I WANT to believe we went, but actual footage from NASA seems contrary to what a moon landing SHOULD entail.
Guess I'll just have to continue sitting on the fence, until something concrete shows itself..

Just been listening to Channel 4 news. Apparently some moondust that was to be auctioned in UK has been withdrawn pending "legal advice". It was
withdrawn when a journalist pointed out that all moon dust/rock samples (from NASA) belong to the US Government. Be interesting to see if it does
eventually go back to auction eh!!

Ok, after seeing that film, I am more convinced than before that we did go.
It appears that they have the entire earth framed in the picture, and that it was far away... (thru the window)
then we have a segment rigth behind it, where the earth is very close...
the only way that film wouldn't back the idea of a true moon landing is if it was proven to be in sequence. Which is impossible...
and how did they get the footage of the earth being so far away, when they couldn't even get it totally in the frame if they were in orbit?
Maybe I am missing something here, but that second sample just proved that we at least went very far away from earth (I would say at least 4 times the
earth diameter away)
the first video had some interesting angles of shadow, but I dont know if they really can be assumed to be proof of a moon hoax...
with all the white hills and mountains on the moon, I would think that there would be lots of areas that had reflections of light, coming from all
angles..
But it does make for some questions that need answers...
particularly how there are DISTINCT shadows...
But I do think that the pic of the astronaut being lit up while in shadow is an example of those reflected light sources...and nothing unusual...
Good luck on the interview

Thanks for the comments - it will be an interesting show, and I hope you will all e-mail questions in when that show takes place.

When will that episode air? Perhaps this thread would be a good place to collection some questions? I can put a thread in the Space Forum and
direct people here.

Nygdan,
I emailed Ross tonight, during his show, and he said it will most likely be during the second week in February.
Therefore, we should have plenty of time to gather questions for Mr. Sibrel

The interview with Bart is Friday March 17th 11 - midnight UK time (6 - 7 p.m. EST).
