Sorry to hear about all the pain Springer, hope you feel a lot better

Val, great news on the update!

Having been there, tell Springer that rehab is as much HIM as it is therapy.

Fighting through the frustration will be the hard part.

Be well.

Thanks for the update Valhall.

It's good to hear the fever broke and the pain has subsided, if only marginally. The inpatient rehab is probably for the best, allowing them to monitor his degree of mobility vs overall tolerance of associated pain, in a more controlled environment. The extra few days should give him time to regain some strength prior to going home.

Give Springer our best, and be sure to get yourself some rest. I feel certain this has been a physical drain on you as well.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you both!

thanks for the updates Val.

It's good to know Springer is a bit mobile now and staying ahead of the pain a bit more too-these are good signs!

You'll both be in my thoughts and prayers this weekend

Please accept my (belated) warmest wishes for a quick & speedy reccovery...

Glad to hear you have a loving wife by your side -- they tend to ease the pain.
My apologies should the following re-post offend her, but I thought I might re-gift you the pic of the nurse hottie from pg. 1 (courtesy: Klepto).
Better than flowers, IMHO...

Get well soon & God bless...

If a nurse walked into my room that looked like that

I would need CPR for real

That would put the spring back in Springer!

I ride a Honda VFR, and I have The Blackbird too. I have to use a brace when I ride, my back is not what it use to be. I have Friends that have been in the hospital for the same thing You are. It was not to long before they were back on the streets
We will keep a cold one for You and William!
Keep it

He walked from his bed to his room door and back today. YAY! And, of course, they are having him get in a chair for his meals.

Good to hear he's getting up and about.
