The officers who shot Brazilian electrician John Charles De Menezes could all be charged according to Sky News. De Menezes was shot seven times in the head by police after he boarded a train in London. The police had mistaken him for a suicide bomber.

All the police officers involved in the fatal shooting of an innocent Brazilian may face charges, according to Sky News sources.

A report by the Independent Police Complaints Commission into the death of Jean Charles de Menezes has been delivered to the Crown Prosecution Service.

The CPS will make the decision on whether charges are brought but could take several months.

I think it's about time these officers are being made to take responsibility for what happened that day. Personally I believe that they should be charged with murder but it seems most likely that they will get manslaughter instead.
I also believe the family should have had access to this report before it was sent to Crown Prosecution.
