The CNN link for this article is broken. However, the article can still be found on the original site: The Daily Telegraph.

I just read the article and was unable to find anything in it that was either untrue or alarmist in nature, yet I can't say the same of many of the posts in this thread.

Thus I find myself rather puzzled, and have a question for those who have criticized the article.

What could Henry Crumpton have said that would not provoke your cynicism?
