I have made jello that not only wiggles when you touch it but also keeps its shape of what you mold it as!
what you need is a mold
two packets of your favorite jello
1 and 3/4 cups of water

boil the 3/4 cups of water
slowky mix in the two packets until its desovled with a fork
take pot off of stove and slowly add in water and mix with the same fork
put in what ever mold you wish.

it does't take long for this to set

to remove from mold place the mold in hot water for a couple of seconds like 15-30. gentaly pull jello from sides on all sides. than pick a clean dish and flip the mold over slowly and tap.

And molding it can be fun.

I have something I do with Jello that I think you'll like.
Make any Jello flavour you want, and follow the directions on the box, but hold back half of a cup of the water.
Chill the mixture in the fridge until it just start to firm up. (the slime stage)
Using an electric mixer, whip in half a cup of condensed milk (canned milk).
Mix until it forms a bubbly froth.
Return it to the fridge to set completely.

You can pour it into a mold if you want, but this makes a creamy, tasty treat.
