Surveillance and population control are big topics in the news these days. IMO - big brother is corporate, the international strain - it only looks like the government is in control. But whatever and whoever you think the bad guys are, the noose is tightening.

Well, Sofi, "Annoying someone" is something that scares lots of us. Not only can i annoy, but i have been the anoyee many times.
So who do we report it to?

I think that was called harrassment at one time. No? Stalking? or is this just plain annoying we are concerned with now?

The government annoys me. Where do i go to file a frivolous complaint on this one? Well, i do know one lawyer but he's too busy being annoying.

What a sad and confusing state of affairs.

The worst thing about that "annoying" legislation is that it's more than a bad pun - "annoyance" charges provide the ultimate harassment tool. McCarthy would cream.
