The way that the NWO in theory works it would never have the same leader for long because there is always going to be corruption and if they are as greedy about power as they are money then it wouldnt take long for them to break the NWO themselves. If they were to only review their issues and ignore people then they wouldnt last long because there will always be someone who is willing to fight for their country. The way that the government works isnt really democracy as such though because once they are in power whos to say that the voting is properly counted if you know what i mean. The only way that the NWO would ever work is to pay off every single world leader because the second they start to take control of places exceeding their usual limits they will eventually meet with the wrong world leader to challenge. Another theory is that if they were to get control there would be a war between all of its members as they all would want supreme ruling over each other member.

I don't think there would be ONE leader but many...
