I'm sorry if this has been posted before...

I was wondering if these facts are indeed true. It reminds me of the whole "911 thing on 9/11" and how everyone was somehow getting the number 911 out of everything except this one is weirder.

John F. Kennedy was elected to Congress in 1946.

Abraham Lincoln was elected President in 1860.

Both were particularly concerned with civil rights.

I took the liberty of changing your source. There's no reason to use an iffy link, when that passage is all over the internet.
It also, according to Snopes, I somewhat of a hoax.

Nevertheless, interesting to read.

Not long after the assassination of President John F. Kennedy in 1963, the above list of amazing coincidences appeared, and it has been widely and continuously reprinted and circulated ever since. Despite the seemingly impressive surface appearance, several of these entries are either misleading or factually incorrect, and the rest are mere superficial coincidences that fail to touch upon the substantial differences and dissimilarities that underlie them.

yeah it is extremely interesting to read and ponder, But I find the connections go to far.. And some of them get alittle silly which take away from it. Still though, very interesting!
