Topic started on 11-1-2006 @ 03:12 PM by freeform

ok guys,

i was the other night talking with one of my friend and we were discussing iraq and we went further back we were talking about 911 and suddenly my friend says: hey, do you remember the antghrax threat? and we kept on talking about the subject...

a few days later i searched the internet for more info but to be honest there is not much of info about the anthrax threat... and to be honest i am not buying the explanations of the government that somebody was making anthrax under water...??? and what about the bookkeeper from New Jersey and the elderly widow from RURAL connecticut...? how would they have been infected by anthrax???

I was just thinking that this is all to weird that we do't hear anthing from this threat... just like the WMD, btw...

You're suppost to have forgotten about this already!

There's been a Michael Jackson trial, a handful of missing white girls, and a few natural disasters between then and now. Why haven't you forgotten about that pesky antrax yet?!

The Anthrax Threat was a distraction attempt. a case of misdirection.

However, let me put your mind at rest, we now have a cure for Anthrax, even if administered at the late stages.

However.... Smallpocs is a worry..... All it would take is a small vial to be dropped in a water treatment facility.....

The truth is NOT OUT THERE, It comes from WITHIN.....

That one faded away because research showed that anthrax came from a US military lab.

Kinda kills the 'al-qaedas did it' theory when it's biologically stamped with "Made in the USA" and could only be available to a hand full of people.

It's an interesting one, read:

Is SO SO true.

I bet those now 88 Dead Scientists And Microbiologists familys hane not forgot so quick.

January 24 2004 - Dr. Michael Patrick Kiley, 62

-- Expertise: One of the world's leading microbiologists and an expert in developing and overseeing multiple levels of biocontainment facilities. He was at the forefront in the early studies of Lassa fever, the Ebola virus and mad cow disease while at the Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta, Ga.
-- Circumstance of Death: Died of massive heart attack. Coincidently, both Dr. Shope and Dr. Kiley were working on the lab upgrade to BSL 4 at the UTMB Galvaston lab for Homeland Security. The lab would have to be secure to house some of the deadliest pathogens of tropical and emerging infectious disease as well as bioweaponized ones.

June 7, 2005 - Leonid Strachunsky (age unknown)

-- Expertise: World Health Organization expert and director of the Anti-Microbe Therapy Research Institute who specialized in creating microbes resistant to biological weapons, to the hepatitis outbreak.
-- Circumstance of Death: He was found dead in his hotel room in Moscow, where he came from Smolensk en route to the United States. He had been hit on the head with a champagne bottle, and some of his possessions were missing.

The Anthrax scare was one of the most pathetic scares I've been alive to witness, and a pathetic distraction by the U.S. government (in my opinion at least). But it seemed to scare alot of people in my area nonetheless...

Seriously though, I wonder who sent those letters. The hysteria was ridiculous I agree, but who sent them?
