I’ll preface my question with these statements:

I have a question burning a hole in my head. I have begun my second or third spiritual journey. It has a very strong pull this time as it did last time, and I'm expecting a change that is even more dramatic.

My wife is a scientist. She needs hard core 3D proof of anything to even accept the possibilities. She does not buy into anything that has to do with fate, spiritual connections, energy, Karma or Dharma etc..

Question: How can I bring my wife to understand the process I’m going through? I know people will spiritually evolve at their own chosen pace, but I want our son to be brought up with acceptance of the spiritual universe ideology. What is the best method to get my wife’s attention about ‘the bigger picture’ that rests where there is little but subjective truth? I’m thinking that a gateway may be with introducing her to Hatha Yoga. Then when she accepts the energy of Yoga I can present Kundalini Yoga to her. Then go from there. Is there a more efficient route?

I’m willing to hear from anyone sincere on this.

There is nothing worse than an evangelical. Stop trying to change your wife. Allow your son to learn balance. He will choose the right path.

Hehe, I think you are mistaking me for an Evangelical. I'm more into nature and the spirit.

As I said, I have no intention of changing my wife, because I believe that everyone progresses at their own pace; and for good reason. (You arereading the whole post yes?).

The problem I have is the lack of objective discussion regarding the subject. My goal is to bring my son up in a totally open enviornment that he can experiment with; unlike our upbringings. First, there must be acceptance.

You are unaware of your own insincerity, imo. If you are 'into spirit' you should know progression is very subjective. It should not be a word used over others, especially your partner. Your first post already admitted you desire to bring your son up with certain ideology (your words) and you plan for your wife to accept certain foreign energies. You should be more willing to self-analyze not defend your ego. Your advice on reading is for yourself.

menguard, i am here. i saw the light, litterally. now what is the purpose?, im confused, sad, happy, lonely,curious, anxious i cannot list them all .... all the things of purposes of learning to enter into the next.

Sounds good to me, estrip. You are widening your spiritual responsiblity bringing forth new connections and sensitivites. It will settle when you become accustomed to the new circumstances you find yourself in.

A good meditation that works for me is sit outside in a field and close your eyes and let the sun shine on your third eye. Open your eyes slightly but do not look at the sun. Open them slightly so you see all the colors of the rainbow. This helps open the pineal gland.

Menguard is gone I guess thats why. Menguard has gone for a while so others feel they wish to answer. I dont think Menguard will mind.
