What the heck is PB&J time with Bannanas about?

What the hell is that? Is there some reference I am not getting? I even saw it one some tv show recently, where someone had a bannana outfit, was dancing around like that, and saying 'oh yeah, its PB&J time!'

What the hell is that?

I mean, this guy, yea, ok, I get it, its a dancing clown, whatever.

But what the hell is

I don’t get it either but there are other bananas out there.

Personally, Nygdan, I think it's a result of someone who has ENTIRELY tooo much spare time on their hands!
