Photobucket, Image Shack, etc., all imply that you've hosted the image, which means you have rights to the image. So, the ATS tags are acceptable
for these images.
To put it simply, if you don't own it.. you use the [ im] [ /im] tags, if you own it.. [ ats] [ /ats] tags are
appropriate.

Then what exactly are [ img] [ /img] tags for?

Looking at that, does that mean I should of used non [im ] tags here,
and here,
and of course, here?. Just wondering, as it looks far better with the
pictures actually in the posts.

Thanks to those who have posted previously. This is an excellent tool for learning the ropes here at ATS.

I agree. There is so much to be learned here at ATS;
and knowing the tools to enable one to communicate to others is very important. Thanks for the tutorial.

I believe the color and size tags will be disabled if there are special characters in between the tags. Like apostrophe and "/". I guess that's why
it doesn't work. An apostrophe is usually the source of the problem.
edit to add:
So... This will work
and
This won't work
...if I'm not mistaken.

Yup, and his name is Bodmin. He was weighing around 40 kilos when that picture was taken. If you search for "Bodmin rabbit" with Google's image
search, I'm sure you'll find him. Btw, I got a rotating avatar. A handfull of avatars will appear randomly everytime you refresh the page it's on.
Bodmin is one of them.
