The concept of fundamentally new hypersonic apparatus was advanced at the end of the 80th yr. by Vladimir l'vovichem frayshtadt, who works in the St. Petersburg Haucno- research enterprise of the hypersonic systems (NIPGS) of the holding company of?Leninets?. He proposed not to protect apparatus, that flies with the enormous speed, from the heat, but to on the contrary admit it inward for increasing the energy resource. This solved the global problem of cooling glider and many other problems. Initially?Ayaks? it were created as answer to the American plans of the creation of the hypersonic intelligence officer Aurora, later it?konversiruyetsya? in hypersonic aircraft of global distance or first stage for the injection of payload into orbit. Hypersonic LA uses as the fuel hydrocarbons (kerosene, methane, methanol) and water. THE MHD generator, which brakes flow to the optimum speed, comes out in the role of compressor, and the manufactured by it electric power, it is used both for further acceleration of flow and for the ionization of air - the creation of?kholodnoy plasma?, which makes it possible to increase speed LA to 10-30 % and to obtain an also whole series of advantages. This plasma funnel around the air duct GPVRD - HYPERSONIC RAMJET ENGINE (in consequence of which its effective diameter grows almost to hundred it is meter) and plasma spot- clouds in front of LA (in consequence of which air resistance substantially it is lowered) or near it is wing (that it increases their effective area it regulates lift). For the ionization of air is possible the application of laser emission or neutron source. Revolutionary concept of?Ayaksa? has the high coefficient of novelty, and consequently technical risk. Only to 1993 expert commission from the most important scientists carried out the final verdict: "the concept of?Ayaks? and its basic directions do not contradict data of contemporary science ". In the same year took place the session of the scientific and technical council Of goskomoboronproma. At present NIPGS in chapter general director by Aleksandr leonidovichem kuranov actively propagandizes concept and searches for the sources of funds of its realization.
