Thanks for the info.
I'm most interested in where their money is though. That will make all the difference once the stock market opens.

And hearing that Steyr got sanctioned throws me for a loop. I knew they sold high powered sniper rifles to the Iranians, but it was defended at the time as a perfectly legal sale. I don't know what changed?

Why does the US think it has the power to monopolize the weapons industry? We're not in charge of the Iranian military, we're also not in charge of Steyr Manufacturing. There's a real logical disconnect going on here. If you fight wars to preserve free market economics, you damn well better be prepared to sit quietly and watch the same principles allow for the arming of your enemies.

The US military has plenty of Barrett rifles in the closet. Are we so afraid of parity that we're willing to infringe on the rights of neutral third party merchants to capitalize on the wars and instability we help to nurture?

Bah...

But here's the catch, these are no normal Migs they are nuclear armed terrorist suicide bomber MiGs and within seconds of the phonecall they are all over Israel , boom boom boom, r.i.p, Holacaust complete.

How Some people are just EAGER for a war with Iran to Happen - I see there are all differente Silly Scenarios in Action.

Tell me, mister, WHAT Exactly would Iran GAIN by wiping Isreal off the Map? Would that Action not result in signing their own Death Certificate? I am sure that United States Strategic Forces would be more then happy to a Live test of one of their Nuclear Bombs.

Is that what you are so Eagerly Awaiting?

Why don't you phone up the Iranian embassy and ask why there president says Israel needs to be wiped off the map, maybe that' will answer it for you.

Your Question " Is that what you are so Eagerly Awaiting? "
No of Coarse that is not what im eagerly awaiting.

And now ive answered your question please take the time to answer this one that you dodged so many times yesterday.

What is worse , a suicide bomber that intentionally Kills 30 people at a funeral or an accidental US bombing that kills 10 people ?

I dunno Number Cruncher, Hiroshima and Nagasaki were pretty horrendous acts. All the deaths involved with the French, Us and Brit testing of Nuke weapons was also pretty horrendous too. And that not mentioning the Chinese, Russians and North Koreans.. make a weapon of death and that all you makes. The atoms was split, once that atom was split they had a choice, to use it for good of the world or use it for bad. Look at what has happened.

Oh and what was it about the use of depleted Uranium during the gulf war?

What is worse, a country that has control, a history of use and the means to do again.. Or a country who wants to be on equal footing with a neighbour they "hate".... Two nations divided by religion. Ishmael and Isaac........

You really can't make comparisons, each situation is being judged by bias, whichever side of the fence you are on. When your up here sitting on the fence though and seeing the destruction around you, both are bad, both are sad and both are wrong.

Looks like war is a foregone conclusion and this time we're not going to have the public debate beforehand. This is a pretty serious move, freezing assets and imposing sanctions on companies trading with Iran - notice it's companies, not countries that would require UN involvement and the long drawn out process that requires.

I would say the chances are pretty good that there'll be a strike on Iran as soon as it can be confirmed that they've started their uranium enrichment program again.

I agree these nukes are the pillar of Evil, but now just imagine the world if everyone had them, eveyone wanted to test them etc.

The testing alone would make it one crap world to live in.

I know we will dissagree but the Atomic bombs on Japan but they where neccessary in WW2, Japan was the agressor and as many people who died on the Japanese side from the bombs would of died on our side defending from there agression.

But they where innocent civillians you say, well just how innocent ? they where making supplies/munitions and money for the Japanese War machine.

Yeah well theres more to the war world 2 situation than meets the eye. We are only told the sanitized version. Off topic I know but did the Americans have forewarning of Pearl Harbour, were there bigger stakes at play? Was there more than meets the eye? These figures were just grabbed at a glance from
www.atomicarchive.com...

Pre-raid population Hir 255,000 Nag 195,000
Dead 66,000 39,000
Injured 69,000 25,000
Total Casualties 135,000 64,000

Forgive me if I am wrong but this was the single most devasting act perpretrated during a war upon another nation in history. You say this act was justified. How the heck can anyone justify this act. Humanity is still suffering the consequences of that day. An act of madness. Of Horror and the ultimate terror act designed to bring a nation to it's knees. Oh Pearl harbour i hear you say, yes a military installation was hit with great casualites too, sad very sad, bad very bad. But the women and children and innocent bystanders devastated by Hiroshima was despicable.

And what you say about if every country was testing nukes what would happen to the world. I got news, the countries that have already tested nukes have done irreversible damage to the world already.

As I said when the atom was split the world was given two branches, two pathes, two choice, they have chosen so far the road to death and destruction for all. Will the world wake up and correct before it's too late?

By the time Nagasaki and Hiroshima where bombed ww2 had been running for 6 years, there was over 50 million people dead.

Seriously what is another 200k of the enemys people to end all that misery, literally Millions of people hadnt seen there families or been home for 6 years.

Not to mention how brutal the Japanese Military where.

How brutal the Japanese were? I hate to say it but some countries just lately haven't shown much better treatment of prisoners.

So what you asre saying about Hiroshima is basically that the end justified the means?

No, nothing justified Hiroshima just as nothng justified Hitlers death camps. You have a choice, good or bad, death or life. How you make that choice gives you a certain pathway and a certain reaction to your action. Unfortunately your actions have reactions upon others. One must think of reaction before one takes action and respect others right to life.

Yes i agree ive seen the Islamofascists slice the heads off hosatages to just like the Japanese did.

Of coarse the end justified the means, roughly 100k people where dying on average each week for 6 years in ww2.

And you can bet if the axis had invented Atomic weapons first we wouldnt be sitting here typing English.

Israeli's wouldnt be living in fear of terror because they wouldnt be living.

And buckingham palce would be Kaesor palace.

America would be New Germany and Australia would be the emperors holiday retreat.

At the end of the day you only need to arm man kind with sticks and stones and theyll figure a way to kill each other off, sad but it sure seems true.

in the shoes of iran its in there best interests to pursue nuclear arming for protection against us bully powers.in our best interest we should stop them. theres the problem

we are both working in our own interests instead of the world interests.
