A question on Dreams....

I am sorry I have no dreams to share right now, but I do have a question.

I used to have some pretty scary dreams when I was younger. Ersala from the Little Mermaid stole my teddy bear, Wherewolves ate my family, and the ponies from My Little Pony wouldn't play with me, only my sisters.

After having each dream 3-4 times over a 5 year period I would tell the dream to someone and I would just stop having it.

I still get bad dreams 10 years down the road, but I tell them to someone as soon as I get the chance and I never have the bad dream again.

Does this happen to a lot of people? Is thier a reasonable explanation, or do I just make myself believe that I don't have the dream, and so I don't?

Yes that happens a lot. You are working things out so that your subconcious does not need to. Hope this helped.
