A Little Help

I wasn't sure where to post this so, when in doubt, choose the general chit chat forum

I need some help. Does anyone know a way to get fils off of a burned CD and convert them to mp3 to upload to a podcast?
I know absolutely nothing on the subject, so, forgive my ignorance if I'm missing something glaringly obvious.

I have some old tracks that my sister and I recorded a ways back that are burned to a CD, I'd like to upload them as podcasts but have no farking clue as to how to go about doing that, so any help would be greatly appreciated :saint2:
