Ok so for Christmas I got a video iPod thats cool and all and I have videos already on my computer that I would like put on to my iPod. Now these files are Windows Media Players files. And I need to convert them to the acceptable file to put on your iPod which is MPEG4. Now I went off and I purchased Quicktime 7 Pro because its a program that can convert the files I have to the file type I want. The only problem is once I convert the file into the MPEG4 it contains no sound. How can I fix this? Also mind you that I am using a PC and not a Mac. Thanks for hearing me out and I look forward to your responses!
