I can only remember seeing an object move by itself one time in my
life. I was at a restaurant eating a pizza with family. In between bites I
would reach for my drink. I did this a few times then all of a sudden as I was about to reach for my drink the glass moved towards me with noone touching it !@#$ I tried to get the attention of my other family members as soon as I saw it moving towards me to look at it. Only one of them saw it in time and thought I had a string or something when he saw it moving by itself.

I dont really have any explanation for it. This was like 9 years ago but I figured it was pretty paranormal lol ........

So, what's the story? Fifteen years ago my grandmother experienced the same things with spoons on her chest. She was able to magnetically stick spoons on her body, I guess she has done it with her mind. My grandfather was scared, and forbid her to do this in public, because it was too scary.

Anyways, my grandmother's parents also experienced this weird thing with their daughter, so she had to stop it.

Actually this is a pretty good idea for a thread.

The one and only time I have seen what I was absolutely sure was Telekinesis was about 5 or 6 years ago. I was at a pool hall playing a couple of games of pool with a friend of mine.

I clearly remember a pretty interesting game, where there was one particular shot I had to get right otherwise I would have lost. My friend Steve was stood back from the pool table leaning against a wall. He was holding his cue up in front of him with the tip pointing upwards.

I leaned down to take the shot and hit the cue-ball directly in the centre (with a steady pace)- trying to hit a ball at the opposite end of the table. Anyway I hit it and watched the ball. The ball gets to the middle of the table (exactly in line with where Steve was standing) and suddenly the cue-ball shoots right very quickly as though someone had just thumped it.

I looked up in shock to ask Steve if he saw it, to find him with his hands clutching his head in pain.

I asked him what was up and he told me that he was trying an experiment. That obviously worked.. unfortunately a bit too well. Apparently he was concentrating on the tip of the cue and (his words) "pulling energy into an imaginary ball above the cue-tip". At the point he saw the cue-ball go past he just "let go" - apparently the "ball" shot straight forward (to my right) and his head smashed back against the wall.

He has headaches now if he even thinks of trying it again - so far we have never repeated the experiment due to the pain he gets when trying to re-create it.

It was the one thing that has proved to me that TK is real.

i had a similar experience with a pepsi can on my desk table.

i was sittin here at my computer in the forums....big suprise

and was drinking my soda, when i reached for the can again, it slid into my hand about 4 inches away!....I thought maybe it was temperature differences between the can and maybe condensation made it move with moisture under the can... but since i had been here for hours...it was warm..

i don't mind warm soda.

the can was dry, so i sat it down again....and boom, it happened again.....i pulled the can about 4 inches into my hand....after that i was really freaked...i felt a little tingle in the center of my palm....

i couldn't do it after that...this must have been about 4 months ago.

i follow ki, and martial art philosophy...the study of energy and meditation...i guess i was tired while getting ready to go to bed,,,and i just instinctively moved it....i still can't re-produce the effect...

but to this day, i am still trying...

creepy.

Try starting with something smaller, like toothpicks or paper clips.
It will then give you the confidence to go bigger...

Personally, I suck, as it takes me quite some time to be able to even budge small objects...

However, when it comes to electrokinesis....that's much more fun. At least now it's been identified by some researchers as SLI phenomenon, but I found I have an effect on many streetlights, where I can turn them off and on at will. It's pretty fun, and a neat trick at parties...but tends to give folks the willies.... I have no idea why this is only on streetlights and select other electrical devices, yet not others...(I'd be screwed if it did it to computers, hehe...), but it's interesting because it allows me to prove mind over matter once and for all. If someone has doubts...they usually don't after such a demonstration....or go away thinking it's a trick. No matter, I know it isn't a trick...just a weird phenomenon......

interesting...since the can was empty when it moved for me..it could be electrokenesis...being that electricity grounds somewhere...

although, that may be a stretch, since aluminum is not really a good conductor.

would you explain how you would go about trying this?

i am very interested and very curious...i'd like to try it.

the streetlight thing was something I noticed.

Upon concentrating, that's when I found that other than proximity, I could also "will" one on or off...but still only certain ones (don't know why that is...frequency thing, etc. who knows?) And this isn't a "timed light" thing, as such lights are not timed to come on, go off, within minutes and then the reverse seconds later, and when willed.

Another common trait is that we SLI'ers (or SLIders) can't seem to wear digital watches without killing them dead quickly (no biggie, as they're kind of nerdy anyhow...)

yeah, all you would need is a perm, some zubaz pants, and a fanny pack to round out your wardrobe.

I have built a psi wheel under a glass globe so there can be no interference from outside sources like wind or static electricy. I have been concentrating on making the wheel spin for about 2 weeks, No luck. Are there techniques that would help me manifest telekinesis. Maybe some have a talent for it, apparently I don't. Yet!

I have been intriqued by TK ever since I saw a Russian woman on film, apparently move various objects with strength of will.

My intentions are strictly selfish. I want to influence dice or roulette at my local casino.

Could this type of effect have an effect on a persons luck? Say a pesimistic person always thinks something bad will happen and it does because his mind infact controls what happens? I am just curious b/c I feel a preminition all the time before something bad happens and I am wondering if somehow there is a link. If it could just be my own mind affecting my surroundings. If so its pretty scary and adds a lot of ground to being an optimistic person in life.

I recall in Robotics, working with an RF reciever... well, attempting to get the static out of it more like... I remember, if I got tense near it, it would raise its pitch by a whole semi-tone. Then when I relaxed, it would drop the pitch back to its regular recieved signal. It was strange. But I assume it was something as simple as it being sensitive enough to be affected by nearby nerve impulses.
