i have some knowledge about..

if countries...such as China,Russia,India...say they were and they pretty much are all militarizing in someway,china more then others i'd say..
what would be the best approache to counter attack that?
as in..not physically attacking?

wouldn't..a technological attack be more effective to the cause?
they wouldn't really expect it..or would they?

I've had a little talk about things such as a forecoming of a possible ww3 and iraq..with knowledges of the CIA..so..i'm not really saying anything..just a suggestion
