if countries...such as China,Russia,India...say they were and they pretty much are all militarizing in someway,china more then others i'd say..
what would be the best approache to counter attack that?
as in..not physically attacking?
wouldn't..a technological attack be more effective to the cause?
they wouldn't really expect it..or would they?
