As for the topic of sugar...
I don't know how much Gatorade you are consuming but Gatorade contains about 14 grams(2.95 teaspoons) of sugar in a 240-milliliter serving.
Compared to a can of Coke that has 39 grams(8.219 teaspoons) of sugar.
It doesn’t look like your drink consumption is bad at all. It's better than most peoples drinking habits I'm sure. The only thing I would change is switching coffee for green tea.


But i certainly do not make it a habit. Also I know
Gatorade has a good bit of sugar in it, but it has a lot of good vitamins and electrolytes in it. Just curious if anything in it is REALLY bad for
you.
