Doctor Who: A Christmas Invasion

Just finished watching this episode I Tivoed and cannot wait for the rest of this seaons. *POSSIBLE SPOILERS BELOW YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED*

Lots of Hitchhikers and Douglas Adams references in this episode, I sort of think its foreshadowing what this season will be like, very lighthearted and FUN. At the end of the episode we find out that a couple of OLD friends will be back for at least one episode this year, Sarah Jane and K9! Sarah was the companion of the Pertwee/Tom Baker era Doctor where she played a reporter I think. I cannot wait till the next episode that's for sure!

Christopher Eccleston was great and I think those 13 episodes of Doctor Who last year were BY FAR the best thing that aired on television on either side of the atlantic... But... David Tennant seems even better!

The first series was great, but I wanted the Doctor to do MORE. It seemed like Rose was always saving the day. Tennant looks to be more action oriented... he's got a "fightin' hand!"

Anyway, I can't wait to see Series Two.
