To study Space is to study a hologram.
The principles behind holograms seems to explain 'everything' from how our brains work to how the universe work. Of course it does not mean that we
ARE holograms, only that 'everything' follows the rulesets that happen to work for holograms too.
To quote the holo-universe teory; "In a holographic universe there are no limits to the extent to which we can alter the fabric of reality".
I wonder if it will be possible to alter reality so that Santa becomes real? Wait a minute, who have ever said he isn't real?
