WASHINGTON (CNN) -- The State Department reissued a worldwide caution Friday to remind Americans they could be targets of terror attacks around the globe and warning of the potential of threats against maritime interests.
"We are seeing increasing indications that al Qaeda is preparing to strike U.S. interests abroad," the caution said.
"We expect al Qaeda will strive for new attacks that will be more devastating than the September 11 (2001) attack, possibly involving non-conventional weapons such as chemical or biological agents. We also cannot rule out the potential for al Qaeda to attempt a second catastrophic attack within the U.S.," the State Department caution said.

Meaningless? 9/11 sure wasnt done by 22 guys with boxcutters. You need state sponsership or else you cant afford plane tickets. The whole thing is misdirected. A country thats no longer a risk being invaded and others left alone? Pretty obvious that the MAN has gone nuts. Does anybody really care about warnings anyways?

Al Qaeda still strong enough to carry out attacks even more powerful than 09/11/01, eh? Apparently invading Afghanistan and Iraq had no effect. All that money sunk into terrorism information and protection and it does no good.
